DINNER AND LEARNING EVENT
One of the (many) problems small business owners face is their ability to predict the future. No crystal balls, palm reading or incantations will be used here, but another useful tool which is highly insightful.
S.W.O.T. stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. This system can help identify a number of potential and looming business problems at an incipient stage, so that corrective action can be taken.
By properly applying the indicators identified through the dynamic S.W.O.T. Analysis, the business owner is able to gauge whether the business is heading in the right direction or whether the indicators point to present and future problems. It is thus possible to "predict the future."
This session will be facilitated by Alexander Rossulek of CORVUS Business Solutions, and a highly effective business coach.
The event will take place at Jekyll & Hydes Restaurant at 906 N. East Street, Frederick, MD, and includes dinner, drinks and learning materials.
After dinner and your learning session, enjoy time to network with your other classmates.
The cost is $25 for Alliance of Small Business Members and $50 for non-members. Payment can be made either online through this link or by sending your check made payable to Alliance of Small Businesses, 1207 Dahlia Lane, Frederick, MD 21703.
Sign up here for this learning session and include your complete address and contact information so an invoice can be sent to you to attend.

Alliance of Small Businesses
The Alliance of Small Businesses is a community based membership organization focused on helping small and local businesses. Our model relies on mouth-to-mouth advertising, and personal interfacing with other liked minded business professionals.
Our monthly networking events are free to attend and held in an informal environment so you can tell others about your products and services. The sharing of members' personal experiences and exchange of advice at these gatherings can provide you with the encouragement and enlightenment you need.
We also host periodic learning sessions and small business expos so you can grow your business knowledge and shine the spotlight on your business. We do this all at smallest cost possible so there are no huge fees to prevent you from participating in our regular activities.
The Alliance of Small Businesses values the entrepreneurial spirit and is dedicated to providing the connections and services you seek.
Your $25 (one time only) membership fee entitles you to the following benefits:
Monthly networking events that are FREE to attend
An opportunity to be our "featured business" -- includes a FREE presentation by you at a monthly networking event to promote your business and a video feature our website in that month.
